i4improvements LLC (“i4improvements”, “we”, “us”) runs i4improvements.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and who helps us handle it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need, and any project details you write.
- How you reached us. The page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed, including the click identifier Google Ads adds to ad links.
- How you use the site. Pages viewed and buttons tapped, such as our phone number, collected through Google Analytics using cookies. Cloudflare also measures how quickly pages load.
- Phone calls from our ads. If you reached us through a Google ad, the site may show a Google forwarding number. Google then tells us that a call happened, when, how long it lasted, and the caller’s area code.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare your estimate and follow up on your project.
- To learn which of our ads and pages lead to real enquiries, so we spend on what works.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our advertising:
- Cloudflare hosts the form service and stores enquiries, and checks that a form was filled in by a person and not a bot.
- Resend delivers the email that tells our team about your enquiry.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads. When an enquiry that came from one of our ads becomes a qualified project or a booked job, we report that outcome to Google Ads with the ad’s click identifier, so Google can measure our advertising. We may also send Google a hashed (one-way encoded) copy of the email address and phone number entered in the form, for the same purpose. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- You can manage ad personalization at Google’s ad settings.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call 703-342-8068, write to us at the address below, or send the request through the form on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep records of our work, and then delete them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
