PROPERTY PREP
We take care of any Pre-list housing prep – painting, flooring, electric, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, trash hauling and more. We will also have the property photographed and staged (if needed).
LISTING/PROPERTY MARKETING
Our in-house realtors will run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and determine optimal rental rate. We will then work quickly list your property on MLS and publicize your rental property using a combination of promotional & advertising tools.
TENNANT SCREENING
We only place highly qualified tenants, which is why every application we receive undergoes careful screening, with background and financial checks designed to keep you protected.
LEASING
